Tour Terms & Conditions |

1. Tour Price Tour prices quoted in the attached price sheet are valid within 30 days of quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Reservations All bookings should be made: Individuals (FITS) at least 45 days prior to departure; groups at 90 days prior to departure.
3. Deposits and Final Payment Deposits of $500 per person is payable at the time of booking. Full payment immediately upon tour confirmation. Please note all deposits are non-refundable once the tour is confirmed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds for Tours a) Cancel 45 days prior to departure, full refund. b) Cancel 30 days prior to departure, the charge is 20% of the tour cost c) Cancel 15 days prior to departure, the charge is 50@ of the tour cost d) Cancel 7 days prior to departure, the charge is 90% of the tour cost e) Cancel 2 days prior to departure, there is no refund
5. Amendments All modifications and extensions must be made at time of booking. Any subsequent changes are subject to an amendment fee of $150 per person per section. No changes may be made after travel has commenced.
6. Itinerary Itineraries and arrangements are planned with great care. Occasionally for practical or operational reasons it might prove necessary to change either the itinerary of the order of activities, or the routing as specified and whilst such instances may be very rare, the itinerary should be treated as a basic guide only.
7. The Organisers' Liabilities The Organisers, the Travel Agent and the Tour Operator shall not under any circumstances be liable, in contract, tort or otherwise, for: a) any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from or as a result of the delay or cancellation of any scheduled flight; b)any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by tour participant which arise from, or as a result of changes in the travel programmes, routes or timetables.
8. Other Liabilities Tulips Travel acts only as an agent for the owners or contractors providing the means of transportation or other services during the course of the tour. All tickets for such means of transportation or other services are issued subject to any and all terms and conditions under which services are offered or provided and the issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent by the tour participants of the further condition that Tulips Travel or the Tour Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel bookings and other inconveniences to the tour participant howsoever caused by such means of transportation or other services.
9. Force Majeure The Organisers have the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of force majeure, hostilities, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organisers which render it necessary in the Organisers; reasonable opinion that such steps be taken. The Organisers shall be relieved from all liabilities and obligations resulting therefrom, upon notice to the tour participants. |
